He is a long-time champion of achieving better and more accessible quality care for everyone, who has been at the head of several large healthcare organizations for over two decades. Neil is committed to all of the members affiliates of Polaris Healthcare to bring forth quality and compassionate care to for the thousands of patients, Polaris is privileged to serve.
Gregg Rosen, MPA
COO
Gregg brings over 15 years of business management and operations experience to Polaris Healthcare. He received his undergraduate degree from Queens College and his Master’s Degree in Health Care & Public Administration from LIU Post. His leadership abilities and business acumen have helped lead Polaris Healthcare into significant growth and an increased quality of care delivered to all of their clients.
Bassie Freidman, MSED
Chief Marketing Officer
Bassie brings an electric energy to her department at Polaris Healthcare. Her compassion and care began early in her career when she worked as a child development specialist. She received her Masters in Education from the College of Staten Island. As a devoted wife and mother of 8 there is almost nothing she cannot handle. With Bassie's unique approach to providing genuine care together with her incredible enthusiasm and optimism, she brings Polaris Healthcare to greater heights.
Casey Dezorett
Chief Human Resources Officer
Casey received her B.S. in Business Administration from Ramapo College of NJ and her master’s degree in Health Care & Public Administration from LIU Post. Prior to joining Polaris Healthcare, Casey held the position of executive director of the Footprints in the Sand Foundation, a public 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization providing financial assistance to children and their families in Bergen and Rockland Counties. Her diverse background in social services has given her a unique perspective on employee matters while allowing her to lead with compassion and poise.
Amy Loebenberg
Director of Branding and Strategic Marketing
Amy graduated with honors from Bellevue University with a degree in Business Marketing and Finance. Prior to joining Polaris Healthcare, she worked in marketing for a fashion technology media platform. She used the knowledge gained to become an investment analyst to help individuals and businesses raise capital. With her expansive understanding of how to grow and promote businesses, she became the Director of Branding and Strategic Marketing for Polaris Healthcare. With her ambitious leadership skills, teamwork ability, and passion to excel she contributes greatly to the growth of Polaris Healthcare.
Tzivie Mermelstein
Corporate Director of Admissions
Tzivie brings over 11 years of Healthcare experience to Polaris. As the Director of Admissions and the Director of Marketing, she cultivated community relations and oversaw the entire referral through admissions process at a skilled nursing facility. With Tzivie’s focus on team building, along with strong communication skills, she is dedicated to turning our Homes into your Home.
Aviva Gold
Director of Employee Development
Aviva received her BA in English from Hunter College and her Masters in Special Education from Daemen College. With over 11 years as a school based educator, she brings years of experience creating curriculum across various content areas. Aviva is dedicated to the growth and development of all employees, and is passionate about the continued quality healthcare services provided by Polaris Healthcare personnel.
Andrea Davis, RN
Director of Compliance
Andrea graduated from Aspen University with her BSN. She brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to Polaris Healthcare. Her experience has been in all facets of home care from Licensed Home Health Care, Certified Home Health Care, Managed Long Term Care and Assisted Living Programs. Andrea works to ensure that the best home health care services are provided to assist in meeting patient needs. Her passion is to help others receive services to live happy and healthy lives and age in place at home.
